If for any reason you are not delighted when you receive your order, we ask you to return your purchase for full refund, credit or exchange. We simply ask that you do so within 30 days of purchase.

For returns, please include the original sales pack slip, along with the original packaging where possible. Be sure to save a copy of the packing slip for your records.

If you seek a refund, it will be in the same form as your original payment. You will receive your refund within thirty days of our receipt of your returned goods.
If your purchase was damaged during shipping, please contact The Carrier or our Customer Care Dept. @ 919-360-4887.

If there is a defect in any item we have sent you, please return the item immediately. To replace the item, please place a new order once we have notified you that we have credited your account.

When returning damaged or defective goods, please note the nature of the problem on your packing slip.
